Training Facilitator- Technical Production & Content Creation at Athena

Athena Institute of Business & Technology (AIBT) invites applications from experienced media production professionals to serve as Training Facilitators for its executive and professional programme on Technical Production & Content Creation.

The Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in modern content production and technical media workflows. The role focuses on equipping participants with practical skills in video, audio, and digital content creation for broadcast, online, and institutional communication.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering facilitator-led sessions on video, audio, and digital content production
• Training participants on camera operations, lighting, sound, and studio setup
• Facilitating practical sessions on video editing, post-production, and content packaging
• Introducing participants to content creation tools, workflows, and best practices
• Coaching participants on storytelling, scripting, and content planning
• Leading practical workshops, simulations, and production exercises
• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of course curriculum and materials
• Assessing participant performance and providing professional feedback

Requirements

• Degree or professional certification in Media Production, Film & Television, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related fields
• Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in media production, content creation, broadcasting, or digital media
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production software
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Proven experience facilitating professional or executive training programmes
• Strong instructional, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience working with studios, production houses, or digital platforms is an advantage
