Job Summary:

• Halifield Schools is seeking a reliable and adaptable Substitute Teacher to support both elementary and college classes as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, classroom-ready, and able to maintain a positive learning environment across different age groups and subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Step in to teach scheduled lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver lesson plans effectively and manage classroom activities
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment
• Provide support to students and address basic academic needs
• Give feedback on class progress to the appropriate staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
