Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all school vehicles
• Schedule routine servicing, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations
• Supervise drivers and monitor attendance and performance
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel, and servicing
• Coordinate daily transportation schedules for students and staff

Store Management:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Issue materials to departments as needed
• Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking when necessary
• Ensure proper storage and organization of all items
• Conduct periodic stock audits

Requirements:
