Talent Management & Employee Engagement Specialist at Bizpoint Consult Limited

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Support and drive the implementation of compliance of corporate policies, and procedures with company’s vision
• Drive the company’s recruitment and employee retention strategy
• Manages and implements the performance appraisal review system
• Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and disciplines departmental employees/managers according to company standards
• Effectively communicates with team members

Requirements:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or in any related field
• Maximum of 6 years HR Management with spcialisation in Performance Management Systems and Employee Engagement 
• A strong understanding of labor and employment law
• Strong oral and written communication skills
