    Talent Acquisition Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for various roles within the organization and client companies.
    • The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning to meet organizational and client staffing needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from job requisition to onboarding.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create clear, appealing job descriptions.
    • Source and attract top talent using diverse channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
    • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future roles.
    • Manage recruitment documentation, candidate databases, and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
    • Support employer branding initiatives,
    • Collaborate with other HR functions on onboarding, induction, and employee integration.
    • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools and recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
