    Young Talent Program (Business Development)

    The Young Talent Program – Business Development is designed to identify, train, and develop high-potential graduates into future business growth leaders. Participants will receive structured training, hands-on field exposure, mentorship, and performance-based evaluations across sales, partnerships, market research, and client relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies
    • Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client onboarding activities
    • Participate in sales pitches, presentations, and proposal development
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute go-to-market plans
    • Support account management and customer retention initiatives
    • Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields
    • 0 years of work experience (NYSC completed)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
    • High level of initiative, drive, and willingness to learn
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Sales or customer-facing experience is an added advantage
