Role Overview

We are seeking a People-first HR Officer to help strengthen our culture, performance systems, and internal community. This role is critical to embedding our culture pledge, executive rules, OKRs, and human cycle across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company culture, engagement, and staff wellbeing
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
• Monitor performance, OKRs, and adherence to executive rules
• Organise staff bonding, reviews, and internal communications
• Act as a trusted partner for staff conflict resolution
• Maintain HR records and ensure labour law compliance

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic, organised, and systems-oriented
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labour regulations
