Our client in the retail industry seeks to hire results-oriented, smart, energetic, young and vibrant qualified candidate to fill the Social Media / Marketing position.

Location:     Lagos Island

Job Summary:

The role of the Social Media / Marketing personnel will be to combine marketing and social media management skills to plan and enhance company social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

Job Duties:

• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including content  ideation, and implementation schedules

• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media

• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

• Provide  progress reports to the management

• Grows and expands company social media presence and  increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram etc

• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages

• Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation.

• SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.

• Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns

• Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts

 Skills and Qualifications:

• BSc / HND in Marketing or related field

• 3 years of Experience with Social Media Management and Marketing

• Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Attentive to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills, Experience with Major Social Media Platforms

• Flexibility and conversant with influence marketing

• Creative, innovative in achieving advertising excellence.

Benefits:

Salary: 70,000 monthly

Work Period: 4 days weekly
