Job Summary:
The role of the Social Media / Marketing personnel will be to combine marketing and social media management skills to plan and enhance company social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
Job Duties:
Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation, and implementation schedules
Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media
Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Provide progress reports to the management
Grows and expands company social media presence and increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram etc
Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation.
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.
Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns

Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts
Skills and Qualifications:
BSc / HND in Marketing or related field
3 years of Experience with Social Media Management and Marketing
Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Attentive to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills, Experience with Major Social Media Platforms
Flexibility and conversant with influence marketing
Creative, innovative in achieving advertising excellence.

Location: Lagos Island
Job Summary:
As a Front Desk / sales representative, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties. You will also be responsible for using your knowledge of company products or services to connect with customers and generate sales for the organization. As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
Answer all the customers' requests and address their complaints
Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
Receive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destination
Prepare and manage outgoing mails
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies
To process supply orders when needed
Monitor and update records and files
Monitor and log office expenses and costs
Be knowledgeable about every product and excellently emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
Answer questions about the products
Maintain contact list and follow up with customer’s requests.
Requirements and qualifications
BSc / HND in related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Front Desk or Sales Representative or similar role
Hands on experience with office tools and processes
In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
