Job Description

• Manage the overall planning, direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
• Provide strong, proactive and assertive leadership for assigned projects.
• Activity and resource planning with collaboration from Lead Solutions Architects.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables, orchestrate and manage the project life cycle, delivery cadence, release plan and schedule.
• Work closely with the business to define and refine project scope, product / project backlogs and release plans.
• Develops and maintains all IT project-related documentation.
• Develops and communicates IT project plan, schedules, cost and progress.
• Develop detailed work plans, including work breakdown structures, project milestones, decision log, project timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate the identification, scheduling and assignment of project activities, tasks and milestones to project officers.
• Ensure established project delivery framework tasks, activities and deliverables are represented and accounted for in project plans and timelines.
• Establish and provide high-quality, informative written and verbal project communications, including weekly status reports and project updates.
• Organize and motivate the project team including solutions architects
• Work with clients to ensure UATs, Demos are scheduled on time.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, manage and escalate project risks.
• Intermediate between client and the Organization.
