Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to grow and manage our restaurant’s digital presence.
• This individual will be the voice and creative engine of our brand online, responsible for driving engagement, attracting new customers, and showcasing the unique experiences we offer through compelling storytelling, visuals, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase awareness, followers, and engagement.
• Create high-quality, original content (images, short-form videos, graphics, captions).
• Schedule, post, and monitor daily activities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter).
• Respond promptly to comments, reviews, and messages to build an active online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing, events, and kitchen teams to promote menu items, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and provide reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, viral opportunities, and competitor activities to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
• Excellent photography, videography, and editing skills (reels, TikToks, short videos).
• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Creative thinker who can work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Basic experience with paid ads on Facebook/Instagram.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation.
