Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development:
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with OTVI’s mission, vision, and goals.
Identify key target audiences and create tailored content strategies to engage them effectively.
Platform Setup and Optimisation:
Create and optimise social media profiles across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and LinkedIn).
Ensure all profiles are consistent with OTVI’s brand identity.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop a content calendar focusing on awareness campaigns, educational content, survivor stories, and advocacy efforts.
Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Community Engagement:
Foster and grow OTVI’s online community by responding to comments and messages and engaging with followers.
Implement strategies to increase follower growth and engagement.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to support fundraising, advocacy, and awareness initiatives.
Utilise relevant hashtags, trends, and partnerships to maximise reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, and follower growth).
Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve effectiveness.
Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with OTVI’s leadership and other team members to align social media efforts with organisational objectives.
Provide training and guidance to internal staff on social media best practices.

Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience and will be discussed during the interview.
