    Business Development & Sales Manager (EV Manufacturing)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans tailored to Nigeria’s automotive market and regulatory landscape.
    • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
    • Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and clients to support EV adoption.
    • Promote the benefits of our electric vehicles to prospective clients, including cost efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with local regulations.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and policy changes impacting EV adoption in Nigeria.
    • Lead the end-to-end sales process, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
    • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and drive brand awareness.
    • Report regularly on sales performance, KPIs, and market insights.
    • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Work closely with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve corporate objectives.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales and business development; EV experience preferred.
    • Experience with automotive assembly or local manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, local languages a plus.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of Nigerian automotive policies, incentives, and EV market dynamics is a major advantage.

    Regional Sales Manager – Smart Energy Metering Solutions

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across designated State Electricity Markets in Nigeria.
    • The role involves driving B2B and B2C sales of smart energy metering solutions, managing distribution channels, and building strategic partnerships within the power sector value chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive regional sales strategy and achieve assigned revenue targets
    • Develop and manage relationships with Distribution Companies (DisCos), contractors, and key stakeholders
    • Expand B2B and B2C channels for smart metering and energy solutions
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise regional sales teams
    • Identify new market opportunities within the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI)
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
    • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 4–7 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the power, energy, or technology sector
    • Proven experience in field sales and team leadership
    • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s electricity market and metering ecosystem
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    Preferred Advantage:

    • Experience working with electricity Distribution Companies (DisCos)
    • Background in smart metering, renewable energy, or energy technology solutions
    • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., NERC guidelines).

    National Sales Manager (Power & Energy)

    • Lead sales strategy and market expansion for energy metering solutions within Nigeria’s power sector.
    • Drive revenue growth, manage key stakeholder relationships, and position the company across utilities, regulators, and emerging energy markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for metering products and energy solutions
    • Identify, engage, and manage key customers including DiSCos and large energy users
    • Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and market expansion
    • Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements
    • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform strategy
    • Build strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, and industry stakeholders
    • Oversee market research and maintain relevant industry intelligence
    • Provide strategic input on local and international market opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the power/energy sector
    • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s power value chain and metering market
    • Familiarity with key regulators such as REA, NERC, NEMSA, and SON
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.

    • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
    • Market analysis and strategic planning capability
    • Knowledge of metering systems and energy solutions
    • Ability to manage multiple high-value transactions.
