The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling mobile phones and laptops, with a preference for those experienced in iPhones and MacBooks. This role requires excellent customer engagement skills and the ability to drive sales while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively sell mobile phones and laptops, particularly Apple products (iPhones & MacBooks).
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, features, and industry trends.
Upsell and cross-sell related accessories and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively.
Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist in inventory management, stock tracking, and reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 3 years of sales experience in mobile phones and laptops (Apple products preferred).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of retail sales, customer service, and technology trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
