Job Overview

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling mobile phones and laptops, with a preference for those experienced in iPhones and MacBooks. This role requires excellent customer engagement skills and the ability to drive sales while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively sell mobile phones and laptops, particularly Apple products (iPhones & MacBooks).
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, features, and industry trends.
• Upsell and cross-sell related accessories and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in inventory management, stock tracking, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in mobile phones and laptops (Apple products preferred).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of retail sales, customer service, and technology trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software.
