    Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist

    Location: Rachel Court, Plot 679, Rachel T. Owolabi Close, Gaduwa, Abuja 900110

    Role Summary: 

    To develop the Digital product portfolio in terms of turnover, profitability and customer satisfaction, supporting the sales team in maximizing product penetration, positioning and to grow the number of people actively using the cloud platform.

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Achieve sales and profitable target.
    • Support sales force in sales activities and provide product training on digital offering.
    • Organize and run seminars and webinars to promote the digital portfolio.
    • Directly support customers in having a successful implementation by providing training and tutoring accordingly.
    • Create customer case studies and best practices that clearly explain the value and the benefits of the product.
    • ⁠Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management.
    • Monitor competitors, in terms of pricing, products feature, and more, providing proactive market feedback to HQ.
    • ⁠Interact with marketing & sales team to define tailored solutions and initiatives for vertical markets.
    • ⁠Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • ⁠Monitor discount to maximize profitability.
    • ⁠Support product launch, promotion, and commercial activities.
    • ⁠Guarantee implementation of the brands cultural model through company policies and procedures compliant to Corporate Governance.
