    Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

    About the role

    • The Senior QA Engineer role plays an important part in our company’s product development process.
    • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective.

    What you’ll get to do

    • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and design specifications.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and detailed test plans.
    • Author thorough functional and integration test cases; coordinate reviews with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify gaps and complex scenarios.
    • Execute test cases, publish test reports, and communicate results with product and business stakeholders.
    • Track and report quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage and open defect counts.
    • Design and develop robust test automation approach.
    • Own all aspects of testing, test scripts development, and configuration management.
    • Create mocks and stubs to enable isolated component & integration testing.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Product Managers and Developers to ensure requirements are testable and understood.

    To succeed in this role, we think you should have

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
    • 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
    • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, and approaches.
    • Strong programming skills in Java/TypeScript/JavaScript with a focus on test automation.
    • Strong experience in testing APIs, microservices, mobile native, and web applications.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and pub-sub technologies.
    • Proficiency in working with Linux/Unix environments and cloud infrastructure (GCP, Docker).
    • Experience in non-functional testing, including performance, security, and monitoring/alerting.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Harness).
    • Familiarity with Jira, Test case management, Postman, Playwright/Selenium, RestAssured.
    • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

    Regional Team Lead, Customer Support

    Job Purpose

    • The Regional Team Lead (“RTL”) builds strong relationships with customers and ensures products or services are optimized to receive the highest ROI. 
    • The RTL plays a major role in hiring, training and mentoring the offline customer support team across offline channels.
    • He/she is also in charge of implementing policies with internal teams to establish quality customer service that exceeds expectations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Team Leadership & People Development:

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for Regional Managers and State Coordinators to align support goals with regional needs.

    • Field Engagement: Conduct regional visitations across state offices to audit support quality and understand local customer challenges.

    Required Skills & Competencies
    Educational & Experience Requirements:

    • Education: BSc in any relevant field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant customer service or support environment, with demonstrated leadership growth.
    • Service: Must have completed NYSC.

    Technical & Professional Skills:

    • Systems Expert: Advanced proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and managing high-volume interactions..

    Penetration Tester

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Penetration Tester to join our Information Security team.
    • The Penetration Tester will be responsible for identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in our systems, networks, and applications to enhance the organization's security posture.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, and security testing methodologies

    Key Responsibilities
    Vulnerability Assessment and Exploitation:

    • Conduct comprehensive offensive penetration testing on network infrastructure, web applications, mobile applications, and other digital assets.
    • Identify, analyze, and exploit security vulnerabilities using advanced tools and techniques.
    • Perform manual testing to complement automated tools and identify complex vulnerabilities.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Document findings in detailed, clear, and concise penetration testing reports. 
    • Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified vulnerabilities 
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Security Tools and Methodologies:

    • Utilize a variety of penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Nmap, and others.
    • Develop custom scripts and tools to assist in testing efforts.
    • Stay updated on the latest security vulnerabilities, tools, and methodologies.

    Collaboration and Support:

    • Work closely with the security operations, development, and IT teams to address security issues..
    • Participate in red team/blue team exercises to improve overall security posture..
    • Provide support and guidance to junior penetration testers and security analysts 

    Compliance and Standards:

    • Ensure penetration testing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, etc.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures

    Skills and Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering ora  related degree
    • Possesses relevant certifications, such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or CISSP, is required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or a related field 
    • Proven track record of identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in diverse environments.
    • In-depth knowledge of network and application security principles.
    • Proficiency with penetration testing tools and methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of common vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques.
    • Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and reporting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
