Senior Human Resources Officer at Sunsteel Industries Limited

Job Summary:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Officer located in Agbara.
• The Senior Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management: coordinating HR related matters including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, implementation of organizational policies and guidelines, training and development, performance management, payroll processing and HR data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Good knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites and good IT skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
