Job Responsibilities

Credit Responsibilities:

1. Credit Assessment and Appraisal:
2. Evaluating loan applications to assess creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit history, and collateral.
3. Performing background checks and financial analysis to determine the risk associated with each loan.
4. Loan Approval and Documentation:
5. Ensuring all loan applications are properly documented and meet the institution\'s lending criteria.
6. Preparing credit reports for management and recommending approvals or rejections.
7. Loan Monitoring and Recovery:
8. Monitoring loan performance to ensure timely repayment.
9. Handling overdue accounts and working with customers to develop repayment plans or initiating legal action when necessary.

Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:
2. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers to the finance house\'s services (loans, savings, etc.).
3. Identifying target markets and creating campaigns to reach potential customers, both individuals and businesses.
4. Product Promotion:
5. Promoting financial products such as loans, savings, and investment services through various channels (digital, direct sales, etc.).
6. Organizing promotional events, campaigns, and presentations to potential customers.
7. Customer Relationship Management:
8. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
9. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, and providing information on products and services.
10. Sales Report
11. Market Research:
12. Conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends.
13. Gathering insights to help develop new financial products or improve existing ones.
14. Sales Targets:
15. Coordinating the marketing activities of the Company.
16. Meeting or exceeding sales and loan disbursement targets set by management.
17. Regularly reporting on sales performance and preparing action plans to address any shortfalls.
18. Brand Management:
19. Working to enhance the finance house\'s brand visibility in the market.
20. Collaborating with the team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
21. Advising clients on available financial products that meet their needs, including credit terms, repayment plans, and investment options.
22. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
23. Working with the credit department to ensure that marketing efforts align with the institution’s credit policies.
24. Collaborating with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Credit Administrator/Marketing
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
