Senior Finance Manager at Heirbase Management Solutions Limited

Our client, a startup lithium processing plant is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial management, reporting, and operational finance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, supporting budgeting processes, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
• Manage the organization’s accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. 
• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial planning processes. 
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective financial management. 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and accounting standards. 
• Coordinate internal and external audits. 
• Develop and maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices. 
• Provide financial analysis and performance reports to management. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is required. 
• Minimum of  7 years relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations. 
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
