    About the Role 

    We’re looking for confident, articulate, and results-oriented individuals to join our fast-growing recruitment brands. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates—matching exceptional talent with leading organizations. 

    This is a 360° role where you will: 

    • Engage potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and present tailored solutions. 
    • Build strong relationships with professionals across various industries. 
    • Manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing to presenting candidates and relaying feedback. 
    • Sell opportunities to candidates and represent top-tier talent to clients. 
    • Negotiate offers and close deals that create win-win outcomes. 
    • You’ll be supported with training, tools, and mentorship—but you must bring the hunger to succeed. This is a role for self-starters who want to build a rewarding, high-earning career.

    Who We're Looking For 

    • A graduate (minimum 2:2 bachelor’s degree or above) 
    • 1–2 years’ experience in sales or customer service 
    • Ambitious, competitive, and eager to maximize your potential 
    • A strong communicator—clear, confident, and engaging 
    • Someone who can hold conversations with senior professionals with polish and maturity 
    • Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
    • Able to think on your feet, handle objections, and push back respectfully 
    • A proactive team player who also works confidently on their own 
    • Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to excel 
    • Residing within easy commute of Lekki, Lagos
