Farm Manager at Velox Real Estate & Investment Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily farm operations
• Manage crop production and/or livestock activities
• Develop and implement farm production schedules
• Supervise and train farm workers and ensure effective task execution
• Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and livestock welfare
• Oversee the use and maintenance of farm equipment and facilities
• Manage farm inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, feed, and pesticides
• Track farm expenses, production output, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with agricultural and environmental regulations
• Implement modern farming techniques to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience managing farm operations
• Strong knowledge of crop production and/or livestock management
• Ability to manage farm workers and coordinate farm activities
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of farm equipment and agricultural best practices
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and in rural environments.
