    Sales Officer and Manager

    Job Description

    • Building and maintaining good working relationships with the company’s clients
    • Identify and generate new customers lead
    • Research the market, related products, and trends
    • Present the company’s products in a structured professional way to the open markets
    • Answer every questions regarding company products
    • Arrange meetings with potential new business customers and the company
    • Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
    • Challenge any objections with customer from dealing with the company
    • Advice on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
    • Check the quantities of products on display and in stock at the customer’s end
    • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities in a particular territory
    • Manage both the marketing and the sales team and will perform managerial duties to meet the company’s operations goals.
    • Develop a sales and marketing strategy that will identify and open new channels
    • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
    • Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams with minimal deviations
    • Define, drive, manage the realization of quarterly/annual revenue targets and budgets
    • Present sales/marketing revenue and expenses reports with realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Gather market intelligence and customer information from the field and interpret in sales and strategic planning functions
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully abreast of new entrants, products, and competition status
