Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Marketer to join our team at Grace View Homes and Properties Limited.

The Successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our properties and keeping up with prospects/Clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and prospects.
• Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects.
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns.
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.
• Determine client needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Accompany buyers during visits for the inspection of properties.
• .Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
• Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a team and as an individual.
• Applicant must reside in Abuja (Kuje, Lugbe, Jahi and it's environs)
