Role Overview

The Sales Associate will assist customers, record sales transactions, support wholesale buyers, and help maintain an organized retail environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the store
• Help customers select products
• Record all sales using the POS system
• Support both retail and wholesale customers
• Maintain clean and organized product displays
• Monitor store inventory and report low stock
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic technology skills

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary

• ₦120,000 (Gross)

Additional performance-based commissions may apply.

Working Hours

• 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employees must arrive by 8:45 AM to prepare the store before opening at 9:00 AM.
• Closing begins at 5:45 PM and the store closes by 6:00 PM, unless a customer is still being served.

Leave Policy

• Annual Leave
• 10 working days per year

Sick Leave

• 5 days per year
• A medical report is required for sick leave exceeding one day.

Additional Information

A shop phone and mobile data will be provided for store operations.

The company observes major public holidays only, including:

• Christmas
• New Year
• Eid

Sunday work may occasionally be required and will be compensated accordingly.
