Our client, a top-rated Health Insurance company in Lagos is searching for the service of Sales Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving business and market growth targets for the organization
• Meeting specific targets of bringing in new clients monthly.
• Negotiating contracts with potential clients to secure new businesses
• Achieving significant market penetration in accordance with the set targets
• Thorough customer engagement/ feedback, generation of ideas for new products/niche markets enhancement.
• Generating reports to update management on the activities of the unit and proffer advice for business generation and overall marketing and people resourcing strategy.
• Other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements

• BSc/HND from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years Sales experience in the Health Insurance Industry (Compulsory)
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suit
• Excellent presentation skills
• Progressive track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals
