    Area Sales Manager - Fish Feed

    Principal Accountabilities

    • The Area Sales Manager will manage and grow sales strategies of our fish feed product to achieve revenue and volume target.
    • Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and fish farm customers across territories, conducting thorough needs assessments, presenting tailored product propositions, and negotiating terms.
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and new product developments to keep us ahead in the market.
    • Prepare detailed and accurate sales forecast, activity reports, and performance analyses.
    • Achieve monthly and annual volume and margin targets across all assigned territories, regularly reviewing your own performance against KPIs, proactively identifying gaps and adjusting tactical approach to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded throughout the year.
    • Collaborate closely with Internal teams including logistics and finance to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
    • Drive brand visibility and market penetration for fish feed products across North by executing targeted field activation plans, organizing farmer education days and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate and Sales agreements, pricing contracts, and volume commitments with key accounts, ensuring all commercial terms are aligned with company pricing policy and margin targets while remaining competitive in the local market and responsive to customer’s needs
    • Conduct regular structured farm visit to prospective customers, using each visit to deepen relationships, assess feeding practices, demonstrate the performance advantages of our products, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with the customer’s production goal and budget.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution
    • Minimum of 3 years, preferably in similar business
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills

    Regional Sales Manager - Animal Feed

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Area Sales Manager and field sales representative across the region, setting individual performance reviews, providing coaching and mentoring, and building a high-performance sales culture that consistently delivers results.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy for our animal feed product range, setting clear territory plans, revenue targets, and market development priorities across multiple states in the region to ensure consistent and sustainable commercial growth year-on-year.
    • Take full accountability for regional revenue, volume, and margin targets, regularly analyzing performance data against KPIs, identifying underperforming territories or accounts, and implementing corrective strategies swiftly to keep the region on track throughout the year.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute regional brand activation campaigns, farmer education programmes, field demonstration days, and trade events that increase product awareness, drive trial, and build lasting loyalty among farmers and feed buyers across the region.
    • Negotiate and close high-value sales agreements, distribution contracts, and strategic partnerships at regional level, ensuring all commercial terms protect company margins, comply with pricing policy, and are structured to deliver long-term value for both the business and its partners.
    • Monitor and analyze competitor activity, pricing movements, new product launches, and market trends across the region, compiling regular intelligence reports and presenting actionable recommendations to the national sales director to ensure the business maintains its competitive advantage.
    • Review regional sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and budget submissions prepared by Area Sales Managers, consolidating these into an accurate and reliable regional sales plans that supports effective inventory management, production planning, and financial forecasting.

    IT Infrastructure - Network

    Principal Accountabilities

    • The IT Infrastructure – Network Officer will manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, servers, and network components
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
    • Administer and manage Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policies, and access controls
    • Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security appliances
    • Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, and wireless networks
    • Monitor system and network performance to ensure reliability, availability, and security
    • Plan and execute system updates, security patches, backups, and disaster recovery processes
    • Perform network configuration and troubleshooting related to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing
    • Maintain IT asset inventory, network diagrams, and infrastructure documentation
    • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, firewall policies, and data protection regulations
    • Lead infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and network improvement projects
    • Provide technical mentorship to junior IT staff and act as escalation point for complex issues

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in desktop support, system administration, and network infrastructure
    • Strong proficiency in Windows OS and macOS environments
    • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote desktop tools
    • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)
    • Experience configuring and managing firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, Palo Alto or similar)
    • Experience with VPN configuration, network security, and access control policies
    • Knowledge of backup solutions, patch management, and system monitoring tools
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified, CCNA, or firewall-specific certifications
    • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
    • Exposure to cloud networking (Azure/AWS)
    • Familiarity with IT security frameworks and compliance standards
