Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, particularly in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Strong leadership skills, with a focus on servant leadership and team development.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and team members.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage operational costs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
