Spa Therapist at Lusso Court

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join our team. As a spa Therapist, you'll provide a variety of therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments to clients to improve their physical health, relieve stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform professional spa therapy sessions in accordance with client needs and company protocols
• Assess clients' medical history, physical condition, and specific concerns to determine suitable massage techniques
• Offer different types of massage, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Reflexology
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress documentation
• Educate clients on post-massage care, stretching, and relaxation techniques
• Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment areas and tools
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure sessions start and end on time
• Promote additional treatments, memberships, or wellness products when appropriate
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to support holistic care
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a professional, welcoming client experience
