The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams in a branch, portfolio of key customers, drive customer uptake of new and existing products, offering full business banking propositions, and attending to financial needs of businesses within the region. The role involves integrating and coordinating all Polaris Bank products, services and resources to maximize the value of business relationships and ensure profitability for the bank and clients.
This role will report to the region’s business BDMs and Group Head.
