Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Master on Crew Transfer Vessels and/or surfer boats
- Demonstrated experience with jet propulsion systems strongly preferred
- Valid STCW certification and all relevant flag state endorsements
- Strong knowledge of offshore / nearshore CTV operations
- Proven track record of safe vessel handling and crew management
