    Regional Operational Excellence Manager

    About the Job

    • We are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join our team in the Ajah area at HFP Eastline Shopping Complex, Abraham Adesanya Lagos where Genuine Care, Ownership Mindset, Reliability, Innovation, Commitment and Humility are valued as highly as technical excellence.

    About the Role

    • As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be pivotal in driving service excellence across all fulfilment centres, order management centres, and logistics partners.
    • You will ensure our operations meet the highest standards, optimizing turnaround times and resolving any operational or technological issues.
    • Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver to retailers efficiently and effectively.
    • If you have worked in the FMCG sector, live in the Ajah axis and have extensive knowledge and expertise in Logistics, Dispatch, Delivery and Reconciliation of Shipments are added advantages.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Service Level Agreements: Establish and maintain service level agreements with all MFC (Micro-Fulfillment Centers), OMC (Order Management Centers), and delivery partners across all territories.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor the daily performance of all fulfilment and logistics partners at every stock point. Engage with partners to implement corrective actions when necessary.
    • Order Turnaround Analysis: Track the entire process from order creation to delivery at each stock point and territory. Identify optimal supply points to enhance delivery efficiency.
    • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary support contact for all MFC, OMC, and logistics partners for any operational or technological issues.
    • Geographic Optimization: Determine the optimal geographic area each stock point should cover to ensure a maximum turnaround time of 24 hours.

    Required Work Experience
    To make an immediate impact, the candidate must have:

    • Managed vehicle dispatch in an FMCG or E-commerce setting.
    • Experience using Power-BI or similar tools for data-driven decision-making.
    • Applied Six Sigma or other productivity improvement methodologies.

    Required Competencies:
    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying temperaments.
    • A results-oriented mindset, focusing on delivering outcomes rather than just inputs.
