We are seeking a driven and client-focused Real Estate Sales Officer to market and sell residential properties, commercial properties, serviced land, and real estate investment opportunities to high-net-worth, mass affluent, and upper affluent clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, property presentations, site inspections, sales conversion, transaction follow-up, and after-sales engagement. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with affluent clients.
Job Details
Prospect and convert HNI, upper affluent, and mass affluent clients.
Sell properties, land, estates, and real estate investment products.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Provide clients with relevant property and market information.
Coordinate documentation, payments, allocation, and handover processes.
Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, wealth management, private banking, investment sales, luxury sales, or relationship management.
Experience selling to HNI, upper affluent, mass affluent, or corporate clients is strongly preferred.
Good knowledge of property sales, land acquisition, title documentation, and real estate investment principles.
