Real Estate Broker - Port Harcourt at Alan & Grant

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified real estate broker to carry out various real estate duties and to establish a strong network of connections within the industry. Responsibilities will include soliciting clients for renting, buying, and selling homes and properties, as well as negotiating and arranging real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sale and Lease of properties in company’s portfolio
• Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
• Secures new property and facility management briefs for the business.
• Client relationship management and reporting
• Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals

Requirements

• 1st degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 6-8 years real estate sales experience
• Solid salesperson
• Excellent communication skills
• Looks professional and presentable.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
• Sociable and confidential
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
