Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Benin.
- The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting market research, advising clients on property decisions, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- The consultant will also provide client training on property investments and act as the primary point of contact for all property-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
- Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation
- Experience in providing client Training related to property investments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Experience in the Nigerian real estate market is a plus.
