Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager who can oversee the day-to-day business operations and function as the right hand to the CEO.
• The ideal candidate must have strong real estate and sales experience, proven people-management skills, and the ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution across departments and alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with the CEO to implement business strategies, improve processes, solve operational challenges and drive company growth.
• Lead and manage the team by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, providing direction and ensuring accountability.
• Drive real estate sales and business development, including lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, property sales and achievement of revenue targets.
• Monitor business performance, sales activities, expenses and operational efficiency, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, agents, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities, operational gaps and areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, profitability and customer experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management to build a high-performing and accountable team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years' relevant experience, with significant experience in real estate operations, sales or business development.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and property sales process.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales/revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute independently.
• Highly organised, proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented.
