Job Summary

• The Sales Closer will be responsible for converting qualified leads into property sales, managing the end-to-end sales process, and building strong relationships with clients.
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Abuja real estate and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Close sales deals for residential, commercial, and land properties
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into site visits and purchases
• Conduct property inspections and deliver persuasive client presentations
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
• Stay updated on Abuja property market trends, locations, and competitor pricing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience closing real estate sales in Abuja
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Deep knowledge of Abuja / Kaduna neighborhoods and real estate market
• Must be resident in Abuja and available for site visits
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
