Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role where you will develop product stories and content, design go-to-market strategies, and support sales and growth across our client-facing services and digital products.
You will work directly with the founder, designers, product teams, and engineers. The ideal candidate thrives in building from scratch, shaping a new function, and driving impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning and Messaging
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, or service offerings
- Collaborate with the founder and product teams to align messaging with business goals and client needs
- Identify opportunities to drive product adoption, engagement, and business growth
- Monitor product performance metrics and recommend actions to optimize adoption and impact
Go-To-Market Execution
- Plan and execute GTM strategies for service offerings, product launches, and new features.
- Conduct market, user, and competitive research to inform positioning and opportunities.
Content Development
- Create high-quality content including landing pages, newsletters, articles, and product update notes.
- Collaborate with designers to bring product stories and visual content to life.
Customer and Market Insights
- Build customer personas and map decision-making and adoption journeys.
- Gather client feedback and surface insights to influence product and service positioning.
- Stay updated on trends across fintech, healthtech, SaaS, and emerging tech sectors.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role in tech
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for B2B and technical audiences
- Experience executing go-to-market plans and driving product adoption/performance
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Strong research, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
