Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal Lecturer in Business Administration and Management to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and assess students in Business Administration and Management courses
• Develop and review curriculum for Business Administration and Management programs
• Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals
• Supervise students' projects and research work
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior lecturers
• Participate in departmental and polytechnic-wide activities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management
• NYSC discharge certificate
• Member of professional bodies (e.g., NIM, CIBN)
• 8-10 years of teaching experience in a polytechnic or university setting
• Strong teaching and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and management experience.
