    • Responsibilities
      • Communication: manages communication with customers (phone, text, email, social media), 3-PL & vendors providers to ensure smooth operations
      • Process: establishes processes to make operations repeatable and scalable
      • Data Management: leverages excel / google sheets to create and store business records
      • Business Development: discovers and explores new business opportunities, manages expansion and creates strategic partnerships
    • Skills
      • Good working knowledge of Microsoft excel and Google Skills

      • Handle social media accounts (including, developing content)

      • Previously worked in a customer service / operations role

    • Compensation

      • 50-75K Base Salary, Incentives (% of revenue), Share allocation upon confirmation
