National BTL Manager ( Wet Hair) at Ascentech Services Limited

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, activations, exhibitions, conferences, seminars).
• Maintaining relationships with external agencies for activities planned for the respective regions.
• Identifying new avenues/vendors/regions to scale business objectives.
• Planning and innovating marketing initiatives to create brand recall and awareness.
• Ensure marketing objectives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and impact measurement.
• Planning and executing POS materials.
• Accountable for preparing and arranging project launch plans.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar area in any reputable academic institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Effective communications & presentation skills
• Direct to consumer marketing experience
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Must possess very strong and rich clientele database
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Should have strong knowledge of the hair/beauty industry.
