Digital Marketer at Stallion Cardinal Homes

We are a fast-growing real estate company focused on providing premium land and housing opportunities in Abuja and other major cities in Nigeria. We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to help generate qualified property leads and increase online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Generate qualified leads for property sales.
• Manage and update the company website with property listings.
• Create engaging content such as property videos, graphics and reels.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Requirements:

• 5-10years experience in digital marketing.
• Experience running Facebook and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Real estate marketing experience
• Video editing skills
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools

Salary: 500k + Performance Bonus
