Logistics Officer at Doorstep Dispatch

JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a reliable Logistics Officer to be responsible for overall international shipment management. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle in order to enhance business development as well as ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

• Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle.
• Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.
• Receive and process online orders.
• Process, confirm and keep track of international shipments.
• Maintain and update logistics and delivery databases.
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints from customers.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 0-1 years’ proven experience in customer relations.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Great Interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proximity to Lekki phase one is an added advantage.
• Flexibility and Adaptability to a new environment.

BASIC SALARY: 60,000 PER MONTH
