Job Description

• We are urgently seeking a Fulfillment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the packaging, storage, and delivery of completed jobs, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle packing, crating, and proper packaging of completed jobs
• Oversee warehousing and storage of finished goods
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
• Track inventory, stock levels, and order movement
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client orders
• Maintain records of delivery timelines, transport costs, and efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure jobs are ready for dispatch
• Liaise with delivery partners/carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics-related issues

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.
• Proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a printing/branding company is an added advantage
