Project Manager at a Reputable Company

Forthsoft is looking for a high-performing Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive execution with speed, clarity, and accountability.

You will own end-to-end project delivery—translating business goals into actionable plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and at high quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple initiatives 
• Break down complex ideas into clear deliverables, timelines, and milestones 
• Lead cross-functional teams (tech, product, business) to deliver results 
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies—and resolve them fast. 
• Maintain clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels 
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize delivery processes 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record of delivering projects in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment 
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies 
• Exceptional organization, communication, and leadership skills 
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive outcomes 
• Experience managing multiple projects without compromising quality 
• Experience in telecom, tech, or payment gateway will be an added advantage
