Responsibilities

• Postingof Daily reimbursement voucher
• Carry out customer account reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of Vendors account
• Accrual /Expense payable: Ensures that all Accrue expenses are captured and posted on SAP by month end. E.g. Rebate and Commissions, Salaries, Electricity, Security fees, overtime ETC
• Fixed Asset Management
• Any other work that might be assigned by Account Manager.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 3 - 5 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of Production, sales, logistics, Admin and Accounting departments and individual employees.
• Conduct regular inventory count of Raw/packaging materials, finished goods, consumables. etc
• Keep company from engaging in potentially illegal or unethical activities.
• Reviews existing accounting and financial controls, insurance policiesand other legal compliance processes in place and makesany necessary revisions or additions.
• Works with human resources to update policy manuals and other documentation to ensure immediate compliance by all staff involved.
• Workscollaboratively with businessand process owners to implement and monitor remediationefforts that result from internal control assessments, ensures the effective implementation ofcorrective action.
• Supervise and organize departmental activities.
• Delivers adequate and timely reportson the internal control framework and controls deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to Director.
