Operations Lead at the HR Pilot Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Lead to oversee and optimize daily operations within our growing solar energy company. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project execution, efficient resource management, and high-quality service delivery across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across projects and teams
• Oversee solar installation projects from planning to execution and completion
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate with technical, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics for solar equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in operations management, preferably in renewable energy or construction
• Strong knowledge of solar systems and installation processes is an advantage
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
