    Electrical Technician

    Job description:

    • We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in a water production facility.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted factory operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
    • Diagnose faults and perform timely repairs to reduce downtime
    • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery
    • Maintain motors, pumps, generators, and control panels
    • Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
    • Monitor production equipment for optimal performance
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
    • Support production team with technical electrical issues
    • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
    • Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.

    Education

    • OND / HND / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

    Experience

    • 2–5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience in water factory or bottling plant is an advantage
    • Knowledge of electrical safety practices
    • Ability to follow workplace safety regulations and procedures

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults
    • Familiarity with pumps, motors, and generators
    • Basic knowledge of PLC systems (added advantage)
    • Ability to read technical diagrams
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

    Job Summary

    • De-Royale Premium Drinking Water is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our water production facility in Idu, Abuja.
    • The successful candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations
    • Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule
    • Oversee water treatment, bottling, and packaging processes
    • Maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards
    • Supervise, train, and manage production staff
    • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
    • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NAFDAC, SON)

    • Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any of the following: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science/Technology or other related fields.

    Experience:

    • 5–8 years experience in manufacturing/production
    • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
    • Experience in bottled water or beverage production is highly preferred

    Health, Safety & Compliance:

    • Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards
    • Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory requirements (NAFDAC, SON)
    • Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant production environment

    Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

    • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
    • HSE certification (Level 1–3)
    • Additional training in operations or production management.

    • Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory requirements (e.g., SON, NESREA)
