    Internal Interview Assessor

    Job Summary

    • The Internal Interview Assessor is responsible for leading the final interview stage for candidates across multiple role categories within the organization.
    • The role focuses on assessing candidates objectively, maintaining consistent hiring standards, and providing sound recommendations to management.
    • The Assessor works closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team, as well as other stakeholders, to evaluate candidates using structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and behavioural insights.
    • The goal is to support fair hiring decisions, reduce hiring risks, and improve the quality and speed of recruitment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the final interview stage for selected candidates across various roles.
    • Assess candidates using structured interview methods, competency frameworks, and behavioural evaluation tools.
    • Evaluate candidates’ behavioural traits, cultural alignment, and readiness for success within the organization.
    • Provide objective hiring recommendations to management based on interview outcomes.
    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and relevant stakeholders throughout the assessment process.
    • Maintain consistency, fairness, and quality standards in final-stage candidate evaluations.
    • Support the continuous improvement of interview and assessment frameworks.
    • Help reduce hiring risks and improve recruitment decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in interview assessment, talent evaluation, or a similar role.
    • Strong ability to assess competence, behavioural fit, and decision-making capacity.
    • Good understanding of structured interviews and competency-based assessment methods.
    • Strong objectivity, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work across multiple role categories and make clear recommendations.

    Lead Credit Modeller / Data Scientist

    Role Summary

    • We are looking for a senior Credit Modeller & Data Scientist to lead the development, validation, and improvement of credit risk models and data-driven decision systems.
    • This role will support smarter underwriting, stronger portfolio monitoring, and better lending decisions through analytics, machine learning, and automation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage credit scoring models, including application, behavioural, and collections scorecards
    • Build PD, LGD, and EAD models in line with IFRS 9 and regulatory standards
    • Use machine learning and advanced analytics to improve lending decisions, fraud detection, and portfolio performance
    • Monitor, validate, and recalibrate models using standard performance metrics
    • Work with data, product, engineering, and credit teams to improve automated decision systems
    • Analyze portfolio trends and provide insights for credit policy and risk strategy
    • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
    • 5–10+ years of experience in credit risk modelling or data science within banking, fintech, or microfinance
    • Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, machine learning, and credit risk frameworks
    • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, SAS, or similar tools
    • Experience with BI tools and model deployment platforms is an advantage
