Responsibilities
- Safety & Supervision: Monitor pool users, enforce pool rules, prevent accidents, and maintain a vigilant watch.
- Emergency Response: Act quickly in emergencies, perform rescues, administer First Aid/CPR, and follow emergency action plans.
- Guest Service: Greet guests, answer questions, educate on safety, and promote hotel amenities.
- Facility Maintenance: Inspect equipment, perform general cleaning, test water chemicals, and report issues.
- Reporting: Complete incident/accident reports and attend safety training.
