Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Affairs to lead stakeholder engagement, government relations, corporate communications, and reputation management.
• This is a senior leadership opportunity for a high-performing professional with deep industry experience and strong executive presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead government and regulatory relations across federal, state, and local institutions.
• Develop and execute corporate communications and media strategies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with regulators, host communities, industry bodies, and partners.
• Lead crisis communication, risk, and reputation management.
• Overseas ESG, sustainability, and social investment initiatives.
• Provide strategic advisory support to executive leadership in policy and regular developments.

Qualifications an Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong background in corporate communications, regulatory affairs, government relations, or community engagement.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and strategic leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high- level strategic outcomes
